Crossroads Maldives Introduces HotelPay for Seamless Payments

CROSSROADS Maldives has launched HotelPay, an innovative payment gateway designed to enhance the guest experience for visitors from Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). This new service allows guests to easily book stays and make payments in Russian Rubles, either online or on-site at its three luxury resorts: SO/ Maldives, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and SAii Lagoon Maldives.

HotelPay aims to address common payment barriers such as international card restrictions and cash handling difficulties, offering a secure, seamless, and efficient payment process. Frederic Lebegue, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and Alexander Traeger, General Manager of SAii Lagoon Maldives, emphasised that HotelPay makes the guest experience smoother by eliminating payment obstacles, allowing visitors to fully enjoy their time in the Maldives.

Olivier Moies-Delval, General Manager of SO/ Maldives, highlighted how the new payment system aligns with the resort’s dedication to superior guest satisfaction, ensuring guests can focus on their experience without payment distractions.

CROSSROADS Maldives offers unique experiences across its three resorts.
